Unidentified flag used by Nagdu speakers

from the ABC website.

At www.abc.net.au/goldfields/stories/s1240636.htm is a story about the recording of aboriginal languages in danger of dying out. Speakers of the Nadgu language are shown in front of a flag which isn't on the FOTW website and which I haven't seen before. Whether it represents the speakers of this language or some tribal group isn't clear.
