Description of the flag

Haacht (13,000 inhabitants) is located in the arrondissement of Leuven.

The flag is horizontally divided in 11 white and red stripes, the white stripes being twice wider than the red ones. Proportions are 2:3.

The flag was adopted on 1 July 1985.
