Encyclopaedia Universalis Yearbook 1998 says that 100% of the total
contingent of the Armed Forces (18,500 men) served in the Land Army in 1996.
Due to the troubled situation in the Great Lakes region, it might me
difficult to get a more updated information.

It seems that Burundi Army Aviation is using same roundel as Italy (which seems to have been changed recently for lower visibility; ed.).
The report above is the same as reported by Cochrane & Elliott, 1998 [cos98].
My only remark is that government planes carries only national flag at the fin, see http://www.airliners.net/open.file/506171/L/
