Yellow flag with the state coat-of-arms guarded instead of the hands with two red cats (panthers?). Proportions 1:2.

Yellow 1:2 flag with red royal emblem in the middle. Album des Pavillons 2000, page BR 2.1, shows a different emblem to that shown in Smith 1980. However, as far as I know it is still used by the same Sultan, so the change is not connected with possible sultans' personal emblems (my first thought). A shining gold version of the emblem is shown on the Sultan's Official Website which also shows the throne chair which seems to employ an emblem in the top that is a combination of the current emblem and the one shown in Smith 1980 (with cats).
