The municipal flag of Ivaiporã was designed by Otaviano Proença Neto and
Abílio Mateus. It is divided from upper hoist to lower fly, red over yellow
over green. On the center is a black cogwheel with five teeth, the inner
portion filled with light blue, and thereon a black outline map of the
municipality charged with five white stars. Across the light blue circle and
map is a white arched band inscribed with the name of the municipality in green.
