A typical Arcinóe Antônio Peixoto de Faria design: green with a
white-bordered red cross, and the municipal coat of arms on a white lozenge
overall. The coat of arms is green with a gold fountain, and on a white
chief a red cross of the Order of Christ between two blue fleurs-de-lis.
The shield is flanked by red brick chimneys on each side as well as a stalk
of corn to the dexter and a branch of coffee to the sinister.
