About the Flag of Iguape

The flag, as well as the coat of arms, was adopted by law no. 1278/92 of 1 December 1992. The flag is 2:3, divided quarterly, red and yellow, with a blue cross overall. On the center of the blue cross is a red and white cross of the Order of Christ (described in the law as a red cross of Avis), and on each arm of the blue cross is a white fleur-de-lis, shown inverted in the image on the source page, but probably in error, as the flag is not so described in the text.
