Empresa Industrial e Navegação means "Industrial and Navigation
Corporation." Cia is short for Companhia, that is, "Company." Franklin
Veras is a name. The flag has 5 horizontal stripes of white and red, with a
white lozenge outlined green in the centre, containing the initials "EIN",
in red.
