On May 24, 1991 the Royal Canadian Mounted Police were granted a new Ensign and each division was granted a badge. The presentation ceremony took place at the RCMP Training Academy in Regina, Saskatchewan on June 2, 1991.
The Ensign is described as follows: An Ensign Gules bearing a canton Azure bordered on sinister and in base Or charged at the centre with a representation of the Badge of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police namely within a wreath of maple leaves a bison's head affronty Or ensigned by a representation of the Royal Crown; to be referred to hereafter as the Ensign of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police.
Each division was granted a badge to be flown in the fly of the Ensign.
National Headquarters badge blazon: a coronet composed of maple leaves set
alternately with horseshoes the points chief on a rim Or.

I found this on the Internet two years ago, on a "learning site"
of the RCMP. I believe that this is the Colours of the Royal Canadian Mounted
Police.
