Argent, a Mile-stone Sable masoned of the field between two Alders Vert all issuant from a base of the last.
The mile stone would indicate that there was an important road passing through Fräschels, possibly in Roman times. Or, maybe there was some important border here - it may be that the mile-stone is in fact a border marker.

The blazon in German speaks of a Markstein for the black object on the banner of arms. This might well refer to a border mark of some sort.
