BANDERA COMUNAL: De tres colores. El cuarto superior es una franja amarilla. El centro, la mitad de la misma, es una franja verde. El cuarto inferior es de color rojo.
COMMUNAL FLAG: Of three colors. The superior quarter is a yellow strip. The center, half of the same one, is a green strip. The inferior quarter is of red color.
Note: Is nearly the same as Lithuania.
