Overview

Flag of Tuta (Boyacá, Colombia) is at <tuta-boyaca.gov.co>. Here is my translation from this page: "The Flag of Tuta Municipality is composed of three horizontal stripes of equal size with the following colors: The upper stripe is mustard yellow and represents the agriculturist wealth.  The central stripe is emerald green and it represents the beautiful valleys and prairies that the Municipality has. The bottom stripe is white and represents the purity of our people and the peace that characterizes our Municipality".
