Green is described as "verde niño" (boy green),
which I have no clue what it means but seems like a very light
and dull green. Blue should be a light blue.

blanco y azul claro; las medidas son las mismas de nuestra
bandera nacional. El verde niño simboliza la agricultura que es
la base de la economía; el blanco simboliza la paz que reina en
el municipio luego de una gran violencia que azotó la región; y
el azul representa la altura del municipio o cercanía al
firmamento."
