"Tres franjas horizontales de 35 centímetros de ancho, cada una, con los siguientes colores:
La franja superior de color verde, significa esperanza, abundancia, libertad.
La franja central blanca o plata, significa inocencia, honestidad, pureza.
La banda inferior en color azul, simboliza realeza, majestuosidad, hermosura, serenidad.
En el interior en la faja central blanca un círculo rojo, que significa valor, atrevimiento, intrepidez.
