Green field, White Scandinavian-style cross -- in the upper half of the flag...

The Scandinavian cross is pure accident - it's actually a standing cross lying down. It symbolizes the Nine Crosses (Devet kríľu) to be found in a field near Lesní Hluboké, see photo and CoA at this site.
