Mělčany is a municipality in the Southern Moravian region (Brno-venkov
okres) in the Czech Republic. Its flag is published in Petr Exner's Vexillological
Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004, granted 8 June 2004. Its Coa is
at the municipal website.
Flagdescription: a lengthened blue hoisttriangle of 1/2 flaglength,
a white fly; at the hoist a yellow vineleaf.
Arms: azure in chief a vineleaf or, in base two implements argent in
saltire.
