Jablonany municipality flag (proposal)

This is a proposal, I think, for the village flag of Jablonany, Blansko district, at this webpage, where  the colors are a bit indefinite.
Description at this page:
"Návrh vlajky navazuje na návrh znaku. Vlajka je půlená, horní část je bílá, pod ní je zelený pruh, zabírající 25% plochy praporu. Na zelený pruh navazují čtyři pruhy střídající modrou a bílou barvu a to tak, že modrý pruh leží u zelené a pod ním je bílá část. U žerdi v bílém a zeleném pruhu je umístěna figura jabloně."
That is:
Proposal of a flag and CoA. The top half white, below green, with 25% of the surface of the flag. On the green color four stripes, two blue and two white. And an apple-tree...
