Načeradec is a municipality in the Central Bohemian region (Benešov okres) in the Czech Republic. Its flag was granted 5 October 2004 and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
Its CoA is on Ralf Hartemink's site.
Flagdescription: Blue with a white castletower, redroofed with two balls on top, between two yellow standing keys.
The coat of arms (from which the flag was derived) shows the same image, but a bit more elaborate.
