Přibyslav municipality flag

Přibyslav is a municipality in Vysocina region (okres Havlíčkův Brod) in Czechia. Its flag was adopted 5 October 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech Municipal Flags 2004.
The municipal arms is at Ralf Hartemink's site.

Flag: Madagascar-style red, blue and yellow. On red two knives in saltire under a ducal crown; on blue three grey fishes placed vertically; on yellow two black raguly branches in saltire.
CoA: idem, turned 90 degrees.
