Description: „Bíle lemovaný list se dvěma vodorovnými pruhy, černým a červeným,  přes které  je šikmo  položeno  pštrosí  pero  brkem k dolnímu  rohu.  Lem  je  široký  jednu    pětinu  šířky  listu. Poměr šířky k délce  listu  je  2  :  3“.
