Here is the flag of the municipality of Stratov, in the Central Bohemian
region (okres Nymburk) in the Czech republic. The flag was approved 5 October
2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal
flags 2004.
Description: three equally wide vertical stripes: a) white, three blue
hoistdiagonal stripes; b) red charged with a yellow cornear under a white
leaf; c) white with three red flytriangles.
It is a banner of arms, see the CoA at the municipal
homepage.
