The village of Jakubcovice nad Odrou (Moravosilesian Region) has a flag (1997) with three horizontal stripes, blue, wavy white and blue (4:1:1, the wavy stripe has four tops /\/\/\/\). In the upper blue stripe there are two yellow rose blossoms (with red centers) and between them crossed two yellow chisels and maul. No image, the figures are also in the CoA (see this website, "znak a prapor obce").
