The Czech community of Haj ve Slezsku (= "Haj in Silesia", where "Haj" = grove, greenwood) should have a flag *green* (not blue) over white, with yellow trees. It is explicitly stated in the community decree (1998). The www image is a little bit obscure, with a greenish-bluish background.
