Svinov is a Western suburb of Ostrava. Description of the CoA: Per bend vert and or; the garb and flail are gold-colored; the 'railway-wheel' is black. The flag: obvers: banner of arms; revers: yellow, red and green. Adopted 4 Oct 1994.
