In Petr Exner's Vexilologickę Lexikon prapory obcí ÈR (2001 2.èást) is the same square banner, with a white vertical stripe at the fly, and no golden fringe. I've added the white stripe to Ivan Sache's image - no new credits

Kamęk nad Vltavou unofficial flag

[Kamęk nad Vltavou flag] by Ivan Sache, 25 Oct 2000

Kamęk nad Vltavou in Pűíbram district has a flag at this website with unusual proportions. Apparently it's a banner of arms with a golden fringe. The Vltava river is also known by its German name: Moldau.
Jarig Bakker, 9 July 2000.

Kamyk nad Vltavou: the WWW-derived flag seems to me as a handmade banner that doesn't correspond to the rules. If the flag were 2:3 and have no fringes/margin, it would be very probably municipal flag. Once again, I don't know the flag.
