Arbor.cz gives following explanation and description of the Arms:
"Azure a Griffin Or armed  Gules rising from the Tartar Cap Gules bordered Argent with an Ostrich Feather on a top, also Argent. The Arms are derived from the Coat of Arms of the noble family Zelecký z Pocenic (Z. of Pocenice), whose ancestors took part in Crusade to the Holy Land.
