Here is the flag of Slatina nad Zdobnicí, a municipality in Hradec Kralove region (okres Rychnov nad Kněžnou), adopted 8 June 2004, and published in Petr Exner's Vexillological Lexicon of Czech municipal flags 2004.
Description: three vertical stripes of red, yellow and green; the red and yellow stripes are separated by a wave; on red a white branch with leaf.

The municipal CoA is at the site of the primary school.
Description: per wavy fess or vert and gules; sinister a cornsheaf or below a scythe argent; dexter a branch with one leaf argent.
