The new flag of Sokolov city is horizontal green over white, with a light-brown falcon in the center. No shield, no hills, only the falcon over both horizontal stripes. 'Sokol' means: falcon. German name: Falkenau.

Sokolov city flag till 1992

This flag of the city of Sokolov is obsolete. The plain bicolor (VW) is reported as a historical flag but I don't know how much official it was.
