Here are the flags of Borušov, Svitany okres, Czechia, at this webpage. Possibly obverse and reverse of the flag. Why do I get the notion that it's a post-Communist flag? :-) Borušov is 7 km east of Moravská Tøebová, and has 165 inhabitants.
