Teplice or Teplice-Šanov (German: Teplitz-Schönau) is in Western Czechia, in the Erzgebirge, 90 km NNW of Prague, with 60.000 inhabitants. It is a health resort with warm mineral springs. The scene of formation (Treaty of Teplitz, 9 Sept 1813) of 6th coalition against Napoleon, including Prussia, Russia, Sweden, Great Britain, Austria.

Teplice - I don't know the flag but I believe that the yellow field should be non-flattened circle (like Palau). In the COA, this is the golden plate with the head of John the Baptist ...
