Since I live in the eastern Moravia, I know well that Ostrozska Lhota flag never contained any trace of black color ( I was asking my colegue who lives there). But today I can show you evidence - on this webpage. The image is of poor quality, but what you can see is the order of colors (yellow triangle, RED and blue chevrons). The reason of Mr. Exner´s error is evident - black is "cerny", in Czech, while "cerveny" means red.

Yes, it is a right reason. The word černy is in Vexlex at the end of line and I missed it. :-(
