Prignitz is the northwestern part of the Land Brandenburg. Flag and arms available at the county website.
The county has a flag of two equally wide horizontal stripes of black and white, with in the center the coat of arms.

Per wavy fess gules and argent; in chief a goose argent armed or, ready to take off with eight pearls argent in half a circle on top; in base a wolf noir passant, tongues red.
