The Gemeinde Buch am Buchrain adopted arms on 10th June 1983, blazon: Sable, a canton Or charged with a bull's head caboshed Sable, issuant from the canton a beech twig of three leaves in saltire Argent, in the angles of the leaves two beechnuts Or on stalks Argent. At the same time a flag of white-black-yellow was adopted; it is used with the arms.
