Both arms and flag are described at the county website: On 16 Dec 1980 the county-council decided to adopt a flag: yellow over red separated by a wavy fly-diagonal line; on yellow in top hoist two blue lions passant armed red on top of each other, in bottom fly a white nettle-leave.
Illustration based on the depiction at Ralf Hartemink's International Civic Arms website (from Reissmann 1997?). Adopted 9 Feb 1981, according to Dirk Schönberger's Administrative Divisions of the World website.
