Description of flag:
The flags ratio is 3:5. It is a white over red horizontal bicolour
with the coat of arms in the centre of the flag.
Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per fess. On the chief are three silver (=white)
crosses in a red field. The crossbars are broader at their ends. On the
base is a black rampant, double queued lion, red armed and red tongued
surrounded by eight red hearts.
