Hittfeld (municipality of Seevetal/ Harburg county/Lower Saxony).
It is a yellow over white horizontal bicolour with the coat of arms
in the centre of the flag. The flags ratio is 3:5.
Description of coat of arms:
The shield is divided per fess. The chief shows a statant golden (=yellow)
lion in a blue field. The base shows a blue annulet with a blue cross in
a golden (=yellow) field.
Hittfeld is today part of the municipality of Seevetal. The lion in
the coat of arms of Seevetal is obviously taken from that one of Hittfeld.
I spotted this flag on 7 May 2007.
(ed.note: the cross is called a "Tatzenkreuz", lit. translated
"pawcross" by NEUBECKER, I do not know the English name; there also exists
a hanging flag with the CoA shifted to the top, I spotted the same day;
