1924 Webster's New International Dictionary version
by Phil Nelson , 31 December 1999
Here are representations from National Geographic, 1917 [gmc17] , as well as from a scan from
Jarig Bakker of Webster's New International Dictionary ,
circa 1924 [wbs24].
As these are based on the National Geographic magazine, images
may not be exact to the real world, but represent what has been
published , but please note the fact that the originals are based
upon the source documents.
Concering Ecuador - image appears differently between the 1917
National Geographic (NGM) and the Webster's images (WNID) : NGM
shows what is the first image and WNID shows a mirror image.
