Adopted: 20 May 1992. Ratio: 7:11. Padise is a rural municipality (vald) in Harjumaa County (maakond).

Padise vald Coat of Arms - The color and chess-squares are from Cistercian coat of arms. Red and silver are also colors of Harjumaa.  Branch of fir and waves celebrate the forest richness and location along the sea.
