The website located by Antonio Guttierez at has an
Estonian section where we see a stamp, Nr. 131 / 1938, with
the Paldiski or "Baltischport" arms at <h-u-m-rueegg.li>:
- in 'mirror image' compared to actual version
- the little flag on the tower, surely the national Estonian
flag, has disappeared.
Undoubtedly the flag was removed in Soviet times but it seems odd
to me that it did not reappear after Estonia regained
independence."
