Description

According to the Manual del Estado Español (Handbook of the Spanish State, Spanish text only) by Editorial Lama: no flag, historical coat-of-arms [meaning there is no known adoption date] (16th-18th centuries):

Pascal Vagnat, 16 July 1999

Huelva province currently has an unofficial flag which is the same flag as that of its capital: white with a small blue square in center.

Jaume Ollé, 27 February 2000

Unofficial flag. The source for Jens Pattke's image is Ministerio para las Administraciones Públicas 1992.
