This is the indepedentist flag of Castile.

For left nationalists —not only for Castilian Left, but also for other organisations like Castilian Revolutionary Youth, Castilian Women, football supporters etc.— this flag includes a red star. This is, indeed, the indepedentist flag of Castile. This photograph shows the actual model.
