Description

In the Andalusian autonomous government website I found the official approval of the flag and arms of Almonaster la Real, dated 12th January 1999:

My translation:
Arms: Purpure a lion rampant Or, langued and armed Gules, a bordure of Castile and Leon. Crest: a (closed) royal crown.

Flag: purple flag with proportions 11:18, with a dark yellow, dovetailed hoist stripe as wide as 1/5 of the flag's height, the dovetailed line generating six yellow and five purple dovetails. Centred the coat-of-arms.
