Santiago Dotor, 8 October 2001

A blue flag with a yellow diagonal stripe from top hoist to bottom fly, charged with a green olive branch, over a white diagonal stripe from bottom hoist to top fly — thus a yellow-white bicolour saltire. Colours and branch from the city arms, as it appears in the city webpage, with the two stripes representing St Peter's keys.
