The arms were granted on February 1, 1982. The arms show in the lower part the mountains near the municipality. The upper part shows typical tools for the local craftsmen.

A blue over white flag, horizontally divided by a deeply serrated line generating three 'mounts' and four 'valleys'. Colours and mounts from the city arms, as it appears at the Madrid Community website. The mounts are canting (Spanish sierra).
