A flag divided quarterly per saltire. The hoist and fly are yellow, each with a black goat rampant facing the centre of the flag. The top and bottom are green, each with a wide red diagonal stripe (pointing to the middle fly and middle hoist, respectively) fimbriated yellow. Charges and colours from the city arms, as it appears at the Madrid Community website. The goat is canting (Spanish cabra).
