Green flag with three yellow straws placed diagonally from top hoist to bottom fly, with a black cross of Saint Tecla [sic] placed on the bottom fly. Ratio 2:3.

The flag is almost a banner of the arms (blazoned Vert three straws fesswise Or in base a St Tecla cross Sable). The cross represents the jurisdiction of the archbishopric of Tarragona and the canting straws (palles) that of the counts of Pallars. Flag adopted 10th July 1991.
