According to the Manual del Estado Español (Handbook of the Spanish State, Spanish text only) by Editorial Lama, there is no provincial flag, the historical coat-of-arms (meaning there is no known adoption date) being:
Escudo cortado en dos cuarteles, uno sobre otro. En el inferior las cuatro barras de Aragón en campo de oro. En el superior un castillo de plata con tres torres en campo de azur. Timbrado con corona real antigua o tradicional.
