Description

According to this webpage, the flag was adopted by Decree no. 158/2001, of 24 July 2001, of the regional government of Aragon, and its official description is:

Paño de proporción 2/3, compuesto por cinco franjas horizontales, las extremas de color azul claro y de 1/6 del total, amarilla la central de 1/3 y rojas las intermedias, también de 1/6. La franja central está cargada al asta de un óvalo azul con una hoja de vid amarilla, cargada de una gota de sangre roja.
i.e. a 2:3 flag, horizontally striped light blue-red-yellow-red-light blue, proportions of the stripes 1+1+2+1+1, with a blue oval charged with a yellow vine leaf and a drop of of red blood.
