Description

The 1785 Royal Decree also established a new war pennant, with tapering stripes red-yellow-red in proportions 1:2:1 with a yellow square at the hoist bearing the oval lesser arms, tilted 90º. Sources: Calvo and Grávalos 1983 and Fernández Gaytán 1985.
