Flag of ESO

The flag of European Organization for Astronomical Research in the Southern Hemisphere (European Southern Observatory) is blue with the Southern Cross (each star is a four ray star, the upper two are small, the lower two are big) in white towards the hoist. At the top of the flag not touching the edge is a white line (or if you want: from the top a big blue line and a normal white one). Proportions or the flag are 5:7.
